TERMS & CONDITIONS – LAMP CASTLE
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.lampcastle.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
We offer decorative, technical, and premium lighting products.
Due to the use of natural materials (such as alabaster), variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact appearance of each item.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR/SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Orders & Agreement
A binding agreement is formed only once you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
6. Delivery
Delivery Time
Delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Custom-made or made-to-order products may have extended delivery times, clearly indicated on the product page.
Delivery Terms
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information.
Delays
In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of significant delays.
7. Shipping & Damages
Visible transport damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Documentation (photos) is required for all damage claims.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- In a resalable state
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that have been installed or used
9. Returns
All returns must be approved by us prior to being sent back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging and safe return shipment.
10. Complaints & Warranty
Customers have the right to file complaints in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
This applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults present upon delivery
This does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Damage caused by misuse
11. Installation & Liability
Products must be installed according to instructions and, where applicable, by a qualified electrician.
We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
12. Payment
We accept payment via secure providers such as Klarna, credit/debit cards, and other available options at checkout.
Payment terms are governed by the selected payment provider.

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
